Day 1: Arrive in Prague – Day at Leisure – Optional tour

Upon arrival in Prague, transfers to Prague hotel. Rest of the day is free to explore Prague on your own, or enjoy the optional excursion tour to Kutna Hora, situated about 65km outside of Prague ows it's origin to the silver mines. The existence of which can be traced back to the first part of the 13th century. Next to Prague, Kutna Hora was the most important town in Bohemia having become a favourite residence of several Czech kings and a mint for the "Prague Penny". Kutna hora was declared a World heritage Site and since 1995 has been protected by UNESCO. Our guide will show you the most important buildings and places including the Gothic 5 naved St Barbara's Cathedral, the Italian Court (a former royal residence and mint and the famous bone decorated Ossuary in Sedlec. Later in the evening enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant and return to the hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.

Day 2: Prague – City Tour

After breakfast proceed for the Prague city tour. During this tour we will introduce Prague as a historic and architectural jewel of Central Europe. Our local guide will be with you the whole time, explaining the history of Prague and its neighborhoods (Old Town, New Town, Lesser Town) during the bus trip. The second part of the tour will take you to Prague castle where you visit the interior of this most important sight of Prague, St Vitus Cathedral. After approximately 60 minutes of guided walking tour you go to the bank of the Vltava River to get on board a boat where you can take a rest and relax admiring the beauties of Prague from a different view. Besides other bridges connecting both the river banks you will see the well known Charles Bridge from the boat. Then continue for a pleasant walk through the Jewish town to the Old Town Square (Prague Astronomical Clock and Tyn Cathedral) where the tour ends. Later in the evening enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant and return to the hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.

Day 3: Prague – Day at Leisure

Day 4: Prague – Krakow (Via Katowice)

After breakfast, proceed towards station to board the train reaching Krakow. Arrive and transfer to your hotel .Today relax and enjoy the surrounding. Later in the evening enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant and return to the hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.

Day 5: Krakow - City Tour

After breakfast, proceed for the Krakow City Tour, you will begin your tour by visiting the Jewish District of Kazimierz to explore the area which used to be inhabited by one of the most diverse Jewish communities in Europe. Then a short drive will take you up the Wawel Hill which is the embodiment of Poland's former monarchical glory. On its summit is the Royal castle and a 14th century cathedral which hosted nearly all the Polish monarchy's coronations and funerals. Having descended the hill, we stroll along Kanonicza and Grodzka streets to reach Collegium Maius (Great College), the oldest building of the Academia Cracoviensis. After visiting the charming Gothic courtyard we continue to the Main Market Square. This bustling heart of the city is the perfect place for picking up souvenirs, especially in the Cloth Hall which has been the local market place for centuries. Complete your tour by visiting St Mary's Church, where the stunning medieval altar sculpted by Veit Stoss is located and a bugle call sounds towards the four corners of the world every hour on the hour. Later in the evening enjoy Indian dinner in Indian restaurant and proceed towards the station to catch the train for Budapest. Spend overnight onboard the train.

Day 6: Budapest – Day at leisure – Optional Tour

On arrival in Budapest, transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day is free for you to explore this beautiful city of Eastern Europe. In the evening you can opt for Optional Budapest Night Stroll and Boat Cruise. 'Paris of the East' is one of the most famous sentences used when describing Budapest at night. The magnificent buildings and sights all glowing and illuminated at night just give this city a totally different feeling than you experience during the day. The Night Stroll is designed to take you along the path where you will see the best parts of the city by night for some of the most terrific photos. You will not only learn about this grandiose sight but hear stories surrounding them such as: Who is the first Hungarian vampires? What did she do? Was Attila the Hun really a Hungarian? Who was he and how did he die? Where did Hungarians really come from? What is the myth behind our ancestors? All these and more compelling facts and questions will be answered during this tour. The tour ends by taking one hour cruise with welcome drink! Later in the evening enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant and return to the hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.

Day 7: Budapest – City Tour

After breakfast proceed towards take the opportunity to visit the impressive parliament building. After a walk around Hungary's largest building you will visit the magnificent Neo-Gothic Parliament, also known as the Holy Hungarian Crown, on a guided tour through the splendid session rooms and of the impressive staircase. This is followed at 11.00am by a city tour. You will cross the Danube on the Margaret Bridge and drive to the Royal Castle on the Buda side of the city. Here you will have some free time to yourself to visit the Fishermen's Bastion, which offers stunning views over the city and the Matthias Church. Our tour will continue to Gellert Hill, before crossing the Elisabeth Bridge and driving towards Heroes' Square. Passing by the Opera and St Stephen's Basilica we reach the Hotel Intercontinental, where this tour ends. Later in the evening enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant and return to the hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.

Day 8: Departure
